My Baby Girl Snowy Passed away Peacefully infront of our television. She was old as westies go but we loved her dearly and her friend Sophie who is coming too close to your age has made me miss you so much, I think sophie misses you too as you taught her all the tricks. I know she upset you with all that barking but i think you loved her deep down. You went thru a lot in your life with us 1st there was me as todler pulling your fur and harassing you all the time then there was sam coming along and doing the same and then you went through getting sophie and her barking non-stop desurbing your peace. Then came the hardest times when u had those auwful kidney stones i couldn't concentrate all day while u were in surgery praying you would pull through for me you stayed with us and brought us a good few more memorys before you sad departure but at least you died next to the ones you loved and in your own comfy spot in your own home i still have your collar and when i look at it it makes me cry you are still sadly missed Snowy or your household nickname (queenie) because you truely were queen of our house! rip darling see you soon xxxxxxxxxxx
THERE IS A NEW STAR SHINING IN THE SKY TONIGHT...♥

There is an old belief that the stars shining in the night sky are the
spirits of those who have died.♥ They have shed their earthly bodies and
exchanged them for bodies made of light;♥ thousands upon thousands of our
dear departed friends all promoted to glory in the night sky.♥ There is
another saying that the brightest flame burns the shortest.♥
My friend, you were the brightest star in my own universe.♥ While I burn
on, my flame dimmed by grief and despair at your passing,♥ the stars are
watching me.♥ They are too far away for me to touch,♥ just as you have
gone somewhere I cannot follow until my own star-time comes.♥ They
cannot be held close for comfort,♥ just as I can no longer hold you
close,♥ though I held you close to comfort you in your final hours.♥ We
were together for such a short time,♥ but the stars will burn forever.♥
One day I will grow tired of this earthbound body,♥ my own star-time will
come and my spirit will soar into the sky to burn with all those friends
who have gone before me.♥ On the inky cloth of space we will be reunited
in constellations of joy.♥ Until then, my flame burns low and dim and
cold without you.♥ Through my tears I look upwards to see if you are
watching me and what do I see?♥

The thoughts of our precious pets never seem to end,
They're our companions, our pals, and our very best friends.♥
Even when they are gone from earth, we never ever part,♥
They are always with you, staying in your heart.
A pet is never full of anything other then their love,

A SHEPHERD'S PRAYER
So do not grieve for me,
my friend As I am with my kind.
My collar is a rainbow's hue
My leash is a shooting star
My boundaries are the milky way
Where I sparkle from afar.
There are no pens or kennels here
For I am not confined
But free to roam God's heavens
Among my shepherd kind.
I nap the day on a snowy cloud
And gentle breezes are rocking me
I dream the dreams of earthling
And how it used to be.
The trees are full of liver treats
And tennis balls abound
And milk bones line the walking ways
Just waiting to be found.
There even is a ring set up

Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an
animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet
goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our
special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of
food, water and sunshine and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and
vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong
again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times
gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small
thing: they each miss someone very special, someone who was left
behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly
stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; his
eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly, he breaks from the group,
flying over the green grass, faster and faster. You have been
spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling
together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses
rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and
you look once more into those trusting eyes, so long gone from your
life, but never absent from your heart.

Snowy i know i haven't really said alot since you passed away but i am always thinking of you. I always keep a picture of you in the bedroom and take a look now and again remembering how lovely you were and still are to me. Sophie misses you as she has been oon her own here for quite a while...
I have a little boy westie now called Rory i love him to bits but he will never be a patch on our queenie girl! Sophie loves his company and i think it has helped her after you leaving her alone she didnt know what to do after you had gone and she was heartbroken as was i! but in time we have come to accept it however it still upsets me at times.
I miss the way you would sit with me when i was having a bad day and just be there to listen. I had the feeling you understood every word i said eventhough you more than likey didn't have a clue but u always cheered me up and made me smile with those comical turnings of your head :) You are greatly missed by all the family. I know i will never forget you girl you will always be my baby!!
